Orders are processed and shipped in the order that we receive them between 8 am - 5 pm CST Monday - Friday.
Please allow up to 4-7 business days for processing of orders, plus (free) shipping transit times.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive email or text updates as to the status of your order delivery.
Transparency Moment: We are a small business relying on other vendors to deliver your purchase (free of shipping charges) to your door. In relying on these members of the supply chain we want to convey our appreciation of your business and your patience as your order is fulfilled.
Exchanges, returns for store credit, and/or returns for refund will not be processed until products have been received by our warehouse and the product's returned condition has been confirmed; see Returns and Refunds for more information.
