Rock Rose Republic

Tough Little Native Beauty  -  Out in the Texas Hill Country, where the soil is more rock than dirt and the sun gives no mercy, a small wildflower refuses to quit. Pavonia lasiopetala — the Rock Rose. It doesn't need pampering. It blooms anyway, pink and stubborn, in ground nothing else will touch. Texans have a word for that: tough.

That's where our name comes from — and the spirit we put on everything we make.

Why we exist

We're a family, and like a lot of families, ours has two hearts in two places.

She was born and raised in Texas — its swagger, its humor, its fierce sense of home.  He was born and raised on the water at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, where the lake's been bringing people together since it was born in 1931. We built a life between the two, and Rock Rose Republic is how we celebrate them both.

That's not two random brands under one roof — it's literally where we're from. We design gear for people who love these places the way we do: Texas pride and lake life, to wear, display, gift, and show off.

What we make

Original designs, printed on quality apparel, drinkware, and home goods — t-shirts, hoodies, hats, tumblers, flags, stickers and more. Every item is made to order: we don't mass-produce closets full of stock, we print your piece when you buy it. Less waste, more designs, and gear made just for you. (It also means we ask for a few days to make and ship it — good things take a beat.)

Who we are

Rock Rose Republic is a small, family-run shop based in Sunrise Beach, Missouri, on the Lake of the Ozarks. We've been creating designs since 2020. We're a husband and wife — a Texan and a LOTO kid — not a faceless catalog. When you order from us, you're supporting our family and a couple who genuinely love every place on these shirts.
